| How long does it take to receive my item? | |
| We have had a couple concerned customers lately with how long it takes to recieve an item. It takes roughly 3-7 days to print (depending on the size), laminate, pack and ship your item, plus the chosen shipping time.

| What are your items printed on? | |
| Q. What is your side art printed on?
A. It is printed on tough ADHESIVE backed Vinyl and is then laminated with a luster laminate. Just Peal and Stick! The sideArt can be printed in any size between 41” x 80”.

| Can I design my own marquee and Side Art and have you print it? | |
| YES! You can use email if the file is less then 2mb, or upload to our private FTP server, contact us (put a ticket in) for the address and password OR use a free service like http://www.yousendit.com/ |

| How do I mount the Control panel or Sideart? | |
| The Control panel/Sideart will not stick well to bare MDF. Always ensure that the receiving substrate is thoroughly cleaned, free of dust, dirt or cleaner residues. Wood surfaces should be painted with latex/oil paint containing no waxes or silicones. |

| How should I create my own artwork? | |
| You can create your own marquee or side art using one of the samples at www.localarcade.com.
